Located close to the North Devon Link Road allowing easy access to Tiverton and the M5 and to Barnstaple and the coast, The Mornacott stables is ideally located for those wishing enjoy all that Exmoor and the surrounding countryside has to offer.
The main yard, incorporating a secure tackroom, has stabling for eleven horses or ponies with a number of adjacent pony boxes being available for overflow stabling.
The small post and railed paddocks provide ideal and safe facilities for turnout and the adjacent River Yeo enhances the tranquil environment.
The full range of livery packages available allows for long and short term liveries to be accommodated and we are happy to assist with arranging hunting on Exmoor and advise on local riding opportunities.
With on site staff and nightly checks of the yard we can ensure the safety, well-being and security of our clients’ horses throughout the day and night.
Of increasing importance today is the flexibility that we offer to visitors to the area, many of whom stay in our own cottages, allowing a mix between DIY and full livery on an ad hoc basis.
With nearly 650 acres of beautiful North Devon countryside on which to ride, you need never to venture further than Mornacott for your riding pleasure although many choose to explore the rugged scenery of Exmoor or the stunning North Devon coast.
